MONTH-OF COORDINATION

This is for the future newlyweds who have planned everything, but would like someone there to make sure all of the i's are dotted, the t's are crossed, and everything runs smoothly on the day of your wedding.  

  • Months before the wedding:

    • A 1 hour initial consultation session.
    • Unlimited phone and e-mail communication. 
    • Onsite walk-through to establish the event style
    • Spreadsheets for tracking guest lists, RSVP's, guest table asssignments, and budget management. 
    • Monthly check-ins to ensure planning is on track. 
  • Month of the wedding:

    • Detailed wedding day timeline and contact list for all vendors.
    • Vendor communication 2-4 weeks before the event date as well as final confirmation a week before the event.
    • Vendor contract review to ensure everything is in place. 
    • Presence at final venue walk-thru. 
    • Ceremony rehearsal coordination with officiant and bridal party. 
    • Review rentals and deliveries upon arrival to ceremony and/or reception site. 
    • Set up of all day-of details such as signage, escort card, table numbers, centerpieces, etc. 
    • Oversee that the lighting, sound, food, and details are set up to the couples specifications. 
  • Month-Of planning services start at $1,750.

FULL SERVICE PLANNING

This includes all the bells and whistles. We begin by gaining an intimate understanding of our couple. We walk through a detailed budget and a customized planning timeline and continue with personalized vendor referrals and contract negotiation. With this package, the couple receives an event design plan that is completely tailored to each couple. We coordinate all logistics and prepare unparalleled wedding schedules so each wedding day is flawless. We assure that from the moment a guest receives a save-the-date to the time the beautiful couple make their grand exit and say their final farewells to their friends and family, every detail is perfectly planned, elegantly executed, and that all your guests will talk about your wedding being the 'best one ever!' for years to come. This is a unique and one-of-a kind experiences.

  • Months leading up to the wedding:

    • Initial consultation session with unlimited phone and e-mail communications in between all other consultations. 
    • Assistance with preparing and maintaining a comprehensive wedding budget. 
    • Detailed check lists for every aspect of a wedding, including to-do lists for family and bridal party members. 
    • Assistance with attire for bridal party, bride and groom, if desired. 
    • Recommendations on Purple Dress Weddings & Events most trusted vendors based on the style and feel you are looking for on your special day. 
    • Tracking of guest list, RSVP's, and hotel room reservations, as well as assistance with booking transportation for out of town guests and families. 
    • Scheduling, management, and set-up of any vendor meetings such as: site visits, coordinated decor and design meetings, tastings, and floral meetings. 
    • Development of your style, colors, theme, and incorporating your unique signature vision into your day. This includes assistance in tying together every last detail, from the floral choices to the lighting to the stationary.
    • Contract review: Review of your vendor contracts to ensure enough hours were booked and there aren’t any unwanted surprises. Purple Dress is educated in contract review and negotiation and understand the ins and outs of wedding planning. I want to make sure you are getting everything you need out of your vendors and confirm that your vendors understand what you are hoping from them also.
  • Month of the wedding:

    • Create comprehensive day-of timeline tailored for each vendor.
    • Attendance at all final walk thru's with vendors as well as final confirmation with vendors 2-4 weeks before the event date. 
    • Communication with vendors on they day-of the event to ensure all deliveries and products arrive on time. 
    • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal with officiant and bridal party as well as coordination of rehearsal dinner, if desired. 
    • Attend and assist with directing the wedding ceremony. 
    • Work closely with catering staff and all vendors to ensure the set-up is done according to all vendor contracts and to the couples vision. 
    • Set up of all day-of details, such as linens, centerpieces, candles, escort cards, signage, table numbers, memorial table, gift table, and anything else that will need done. 
    • Oversee that the lighting, sound, food, and details are set up to the couples specifications. 
    • Ensure transportation is coordinated properly and on time. 
    • Work closely with photographer/videographer to ensure all details are captured. 
    • Final check of all guest and escort tables to ensure all numbers are as planned. 
    • Assess and manage any last minute challenges.
